God has moved in BIG ways at Ms. Paula's and in the neighborhood where she lives in Burnet, TX!  So, we want to celebrate all that He has accomplished.

We plan to work on a few final touches from the varied work that has been done by so many faithful CR volunteers and then break a little early to hang out with Ms. Paula and her family.  If you have served at Ms. Paula's in the past (or even if you haven't), we want you to come back to see this and celebrate with her!  We will have amazing fellowship, good food, thoughtful prayer, and wonderful story telling!

Any and all are welcome to attend and to meet Ms. Paula and see what God has transformed through answered prayers and the diligent work of the many CR volunteers who have put their hands on this wonderful home!

Ms. Paula is the hard-working, loving Mom of one of Cornerstone's amazing Business Partners.  She has worked hard her whole life, including raising her children mostly as a single parent.  Now into retirement age, she continues to work hard to make ends meet.  However, the home where she raised her family was falling apart around her.  When you drove up, you see a cute home with a well-maintained yard, where it is evident that love lives; walk inside and you see the pride she takes in her home - the photos of her family and the feel love!  However, look more closely and you will see the walls have holes allowing the outside to come in, open the cabinets under the sink and view the backyard, many electrical outlets no longer work due to electrical fires caused simply by plugging something in.  Through the love of Christ, volunteers have come together to rebuild her home, making it safe for her, her children, and her grandchildren!
